An opportunity for music leads/senior leaders to discuss their school music curriculum or music development plan in detail and receive feedback for areas of progression and curriculum resources to explore. `

Janet Banzaca is the Primary Music Consultant for THAMES. She has spent her career teaching and supporting primary education in London, working with children from Nursery through to Year 6. She has held roles as class teacher, music coordinator, music specialist teacher and Assistant Headteacher. She has worked on behalf of Voices Foundation, Ark Music, LETTA Teacher training and THAMES.

Drawing on this wide experience, Janet now specialises in designing and delivering practical, confidence-building music training for primary teachers. Her courses are created especially for those who may not feel musical themselves, offering simple, engaging approaches that make music teaching enjoyable for both teachers and pupils. She regularly works with schools and arts organisations to help bring music to life in the classroom.
