We provide a range of support and resources for schools and teachers across Tower Hamlets covering the following art forms:

Music

We offer the following support to schools and teachers who have a responsibility for music:

Specialist advice and support for the National Curriculum for Music in primary and secondary schools
Instrumental and vocal tuition in schools
Borough-wide music centres, choirs and youth orchestra
Instrumental playing days and performance opportunities
Access to music projects run in partnership with our cultural partners
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for primary and secondary teachers, including specialist and non-specialist staff
A termly Primary Music Network meeting

We offer the following support to schools and teacher who have a responsibility for visual arts, drama, dance, film & media, museums & heritage:

Specialist advice and support for the National Curriculum for cross arts subjects in primary and secondary schools
Access to cross arts projects run in partnership with our cultural partners
Networks for teachers – including art, drama and dance networks for primary and secondary.
Continuing Professional Development opportunities for primary and secondary teachers and staff in all cross arts subjects

We offer the following support for teachers who have a responsibility for Early Years Foundation Stage:
