Drama CPD with Half Moon Theatre: Creative Approaches to Imaginative Play and Creative Spaces (for Early Years Foundation Stage)

This session will explore how imaginative play, and well-designed creative spaces can support holistic development and school readiness in the early years. Participants will examine how to create environments that spark curiosity, storytelling, and role-play, enabling children to express themselves, solve problems, and build social connections. Through collaborative activities, the course will highlight how creative approache such as drama, music, and movement can enrich learning experiences and support cognitive, emotional, and physical development.

Attendees will leave with practical ideas and tools to design and lead imaginative play experiences in engaging child-centred spaces.
