Lights Camera Score 2024: The Place I Love
Published on Friday, 23 August 2024
For the fifth consecutive year, Lights Camera Score has inspired creativity in primary schools and music centres across Tower Hamlets. This year, children embarked on a journey of storytelling and music composition, crafting original soundtracks for a new collection of animated films centred around the theme ‘The Place I Love’.
Led by Little People Big Noise, and supported by THAMES and the English Chamber Orchestra, students from five primary schools, the Wednesday Music Centre, and the Saturday Music Centre participated in a series of creative workshops, recording sessions, and live performances.
Lights Camera Score THAMES 2024 was supported by Lottery Funding from Arts Council England, along with contributions from Three Stones Media and the Tower Hamlets Arts Education Fund.
